1.Description
1).The bottle surface is smooth and bright, the edges and corners are distinct. The thermal conductivity of aluminum is good, and the weight of the die is light, so as to improve the on-off speed of the mode. The polishing property is good, which can achieve the mirror effect and beautify the appearance of the product.
2).Our design department is equipped with CAD, 2D & 3D software running on the latest platform and those systems are used to design container and the complex surface plastic product required to create tooling for today's complex plastic product shapes.
3).The material of the bottom mold is S136 high strength anticorrosive steel, and adopts the special circulation cooling water channel design, shortening the forming time and ensuring the quality of the bottle, cooling quickly and improving the product.
4)We accept customized size to meet your different plastic bottle projeccts, such as mineral water bottle, soft drink bottle, bottle for jars, oil bottle, cosmetics bottle, high temperature resistant bottle, as well as alcohol and medicine bottle.

Material of mould
P20 steel is very easy to machining after forging treatment. As customer's requirement, we also use S136 to build mold, a kind of stainless steel with high hardness. With such steel, no hard chrome plated treatment need be done on mold cavity and such mold has much longer using life. Besides, sometimes we also chose aluminum as mold building material for its great heat transmission and lightweight.
